Celebrity Rehab Premieres Tonight

Steven Adler is starring on VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

The Season Premiere of Season 2 is tonight (10/23) at 10PM ET on VH1.

In the video below, Steven talks about his friendship with guitarist Slash and his distaste for drummer Matt Sorum.



Many people have complained that this show is just another way to exploit these unfortunate addicts while fueling them with enough money to score some more drugs as soon as the cameras are turned off.

This may be true, but I believe Dr. Drew is sincere in his wish to help these struggling drug abusers.

Drew and his staff manage to keep this show from becoming another Rock of Love freak show, and elevate it to a higher level - a program which may just inspire and help many of it's viewers (I'm one) if not the patients themselves.

We all saw Adler's courtroom drama unfold after his very public relapse following his "graduation" from Pinsky's rehab, so we know how this one ends, for now.
